Returns Policy

Items Can Be Returned Back to Us for Store Credit Which Is Valid for 12 Months. Your Items Will Need to Be in Their Original Condition, with Tags Attached, Unworn/unwashed, Unstained and Footwear in Its Original Box. You Can Post Your Return Back Within 15 Days of Receiving Your Items. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. If you post your return after the 15 days, you may be charged a late return fee of $7.00.

Have you received my return?

Here’s what you need to know: You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days. Once your return has reached our warehouse, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue your store credit. We will then send you a confirmation email when we have applied your store credit to your AICVLGR account. Yay! Still haven’t received store credit in your AICVLGR account after this time? Please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.


Is there anything I can’t return?

Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty. Cosmetics

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. Or if you need it now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include this order number on your returns form. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher..
And the shipping time is 5-7 workdays for express shipping and a few more days for standard shipping.
Return :Return within 15 days from the delivered date
Request:
1. Items received within 15 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

I’ve received a faulty item

Reach out to us on our contact page with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit once the item has been returned back to us. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
